Mohammed Salah completed a stunning move to Turkish League side Trabzonspor on Thursday, signing a two-year deal until 2028.
The Egyptian captain joined the club as a free agent after he ended his nine year sojourn at Liverpool.
The club confirmed Salah’s signing on their social media account on Thursday.
The statement read: “Our new signing Mohamed Salah has signed the contract binding him to our club for two years, with the participation of our President Ertugrul Dogan”.
Salah is expected to earn €17m per season at Trabzonspor for the duration of two years.
Under the terms of the agreement, he will receive a total guaranteed payment of €17m per football season, comprising an annual salary of €10m and a signing fee of €7m.
Additionally, Salah will receive performance-based bonuses for each football season.
He will receive a 20% share from products sold under his name, plus conditional bonuses each season.
While a payment amounting to five per cent of the gross remuneration payable to the player will be made as an agency fee.

Salah is now the highest-paid player in the history of the Turkish Süper Lig after overtaking Victor Osimhen on the list.
Osimhen broke the record last season after he signed a contract with a base salary of €15 million.

During his final season at Liverpool, Salah was on a weekly wage of £400,000, which equates to an annual salary of £20.8 million (€24.3 million).
The former Roma winger took a massive paycut worth up to €7m to join Trabzonspor.
Salah enjoyed a successful spell at Liverpool, scoring 257 goals in 442 appearances while winning numerous trophies.
At Trabzonspor, he will be hoping to lead the team to their first Turkish Super League title since the 2021-22 season.
Last season, Trabzonspor finished third in the Turkish Super League and they won the Turkish Cup.
They will be participating in the Europa League play-offs for a place in the group phase of the competition.
