The Nigerian striker has now scored four goals in all competitions for Ajax since joining the club on loan from Wolves in July.
He has netted three goals in the Europa League and one in the Dutch Eredivisie.
In contrast, Arokodare scored three goals for Wolves in all competitions last season as the club suffered relegation to the English Championship.
He will be hoping to continue his stunning start to life when Ajax take on PSV on Saturday in the league.
The victory was enough to move Ajax up to third on the log with seven points from three matches.
