Kanu celebrates Arsenal’s title win, says EPL success ‘well deserved’
Former Super Eagles striker Kanu Nwankwo has taken to social media to congratulate Arsenal for emerging as the winners of the 2025/2026 English Premier League season.
Arsenal were confirmed winners of the league on Tuesday night after Bournemouth held Man City to a 1-1 draw at the Etihad- a result that meant Pep Guardiola’s men could not meet up with the Gunner’s point haul with one game left to spare.
While reacting to Arsenal’s title win a post shared on his X page (formerly Twitter) and Instagram, Kanu, a two-time league winner for Arsenal, said that the Premier League win was “well deserved”.

The former iconic player who has been a staunch supporter of the current squad said that Arsenal are worthy winners because Mikel Arteta and his team worked really hard enough to win the EPL title.
“KAN U believe it??? Arsenal Forever,” Kanu wrote on social media.
“The Gunners worked so hard for this. Difficult but they fought. Very well deserved. Come on you gunners.” Kanu wrote on his social media page.
