Arsenal’s White set to miss Champions League final
England international Ben White has been ruled out for the rest of the season, meaning the Arsenal right-back will miss his team’s upcoming games against Burnley and Crystal Palace in the EPL and the UCL final game against PSG.
Though Arsenal has not released any official statement regarding how long the player will be out for, multiple sources reveal White will miss the rest of the season due to a ligament injury.
The 28-year-old player is expected to be sidelined for 6–8 weeks, with further tests determining his availability for the upcoming World Cup squad, according to reports.
White suffered a suspected ligament injury during Arsenal’s 1-0 victory at West Ham, and he would now need to undergo a minor surgery to address a long-standing issue.

When asked ahead of the weekend when he would be expected back and whether he would do so before the end of the season, Arteta said, “I don’t know.
“There’s still a fair bit to do so everything has to be so smooth and quick if they want to have a chance to play any minutes.”
The injury suffered by White is expected to provide a selection headache for Arteta, with Jurrien Timber still recovering from injury and Christian Mosquera left as the only available option to play at right back for the North London club.
