A statement issued by Bayern Munich on Thursday revealed that the former Belgium international captain is now resting at home while receiving medication with no exact time date set for his return to the touchline.
“Vincent Kompany has left the hospital and he’s back home, on the way to recover as Bayern want him to rest and feel 100% good before returning on the touchline.” The statement read in part.
