U-20 WWC: Falconets arrive Bielsko-Biala ahead of England clash
The Falconets of Nigeria have arrived the city of Bielsko-Biala ahead of their Round of 16 clash against England at the ongoing 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup taking place in Poland.
The team tutored by head coach Moses Aduku arrived the city today ahead of the highly anticipated clash with England which will be played at the Bielsko-Biala Stadium on Thursday.
The Falconets of Nigeria who are now the only remaining African representative left in the tournament, secured their knockout berth following a record-breaking 10-1 thrashing of New Caledonia in their final Group F game.

England qualified for the knockout stage of the tournament by topping Group E and despite facing a tougher opposition in the Round of 16, Falconets coach, Aduku is confident that his team is tactically prepared and ready for the challenge ahead.
England pose a tougher test than New Caledonia, requiring tactical discipline as victory over the Europeans would boost Nigeria’s chances of a deep tournament run.
The Falconets attacking form gives them confidence ahead of the knockout clash against England and a quarter-final berth would raise the profile of women’s football in Nigeria.
