PSG camp preaches ‘100% focus’ ahead Arsenal clash in UCL final

PSG coach Luis Enrique

Spanish tactician Luis Enrique has declared that Arsenal are the best team in the world without the ball and even with the ball, he said the squad can score opponents a lot of goals.

Enrique made the comments while fielding questions from reporters on Thursday at the Paris St. Germain Campus ahead of his team’s UEFA Champions League final game against Arsenal in the city of Budapest.

The former coach of Barcelona said that he believes that Mikel Arteta has developed a well drilled side that is uniquely difficult to break down by any team on the counter-attack.

Enrique said: “I think they deserve to win the league – they have had a brilliant season.

“We have already played against this Arsenal side, so we know what they are capable of. Without the ball, they are the best team in the world, and with it they can score a lot. It is a wonderful combination for them.”

In the same vein, PSG star player Zaire Emery has called on his teammates to be 100% focused against Arsenal, saying his team cannot afford a single lapse in concentration when they walk out at the Puskas Arena on May 30.

“I think that at this level, we have to fear everyone,” Zaire-Emery told reporters.

“They have a very strong team, we’ve seen it, they are Premier League champions. We’ll have to be focused and minimize all the small mistakes. That’s what will make the difference.”
